Maple Syrup

Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute
1 3/4 C white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 cup water
add 1 tsp vanilla
1/2 maple flavoring
To help syrup not crystalize as it stores, cover saucepan as it cools down.
